Prize Disclaimer

The giveaway for the miniature Corvette at the “Touch A Truck” event hosted by Plycon Group at Walt Whitman Mall on September 21, 2024, is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to all attendees physically present at the Walt Whitman Mall on the day of the event. Participants must be present at the event location to enter the giveaway and claim the prize.
2. Winner Announcement: The winner of the miniature Corvette will be announced at 1:30 PM during the event. The selected winner must be physically present at Walt Whitman Mall at the time of the announcement to claim the prize. Failure to be present will result in disqualification, and a new winner will be selected.
3. No Cash or Substitution: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No exchanges or substitutions for any other prize or equivalent will be permitted.
4. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway. Participation in the event is free.
5. Modification and Termination: Plycon Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Plycon Group may, at its discretion, substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
6. Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes in connection with the event, without compensation or further notice.
7. Limitation of Liability: Plycon Group, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur in connection with participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms.
